I came in really as a precautionary. I have gone through cancer treatments and really only had the sniffles and slight cough, but was concerned because we were finally able to go out of town on vacation. They were all so kind and really helpful. They calmed my nervousness and was very reassuring that my lungs were clear and that it seasonal. I was very thankful, and really appreciated the kindness of the whole staff.

I went to an urgent care facility and you didn't ask any questions about the registration process. It was very clunky and hard to navigate because I have never been a Wellstart patient. When I arrived, I couldn't use the self check-in because I wasn't in your system. I would encourage you to evaluate the Piedmont Urgent Care process. Easy and more customer focused.

We currently do not have a PCP even if we did I would choose Brittany, Billy, and Dr. Allison over any of them. They are always so loving and make us feel like family, my kids love all of them and I do as well. I can not speak enough about how amazing they are and how quickly we are in and out. If any of them go we will no longer use this place either. I would 100% recommend anyone to them. Please give them awards they deserve acknowledgement.

Both times I've taken my sick child, they are 6 and 9 years old. They were very patient with both of my kids, and talked to them with the upmost respect and concern! They waited or stopped when my child asked them, they talked them through each thing they were doing to make sure both my kids were able to understand and helped calm them down. This is absolutely the only facility that we will utilize when doing to my kids primary care isn't an option. The staff here are absolutely AMAZING. As a parent, I definitely recommend to everyone with kids, that if they need a quick, friendly, respectful and professional place to take their child. I just want to thank each of them for taking the time to listen and even joke with my child to make them more comfortable, and at ease about everything. Thank you all. ??

Nobody likes to go to the doctor but if we do need urgent care this is where we will be going. The staff were fantastic. They cared about our situation and did a fabulous job of getting my son taken care of. It was an intense experience since he was in pain and the staff help calm the nerves as they were removing a stick out of his foot. I can't say enough good things about our visit today. This is what quality healthcare is. Great job to all 3 of the staff members we saw today. The front office lady was helpful and considerate to make sure the doctor could take care of him before making me fill out paperwork (I wasn't too sure if I actually needed an ER). The nurse (male) was very nice and quick to get him seen and of course the doctor/nurse was super friendly and knowledgeable.
