This was my first meeting with Alison, and I was very delighted with her. We had a comfortable and trusting conversation, which I appreciate greatly. The first nurse I spoke with, and initially went through my records and took my bp, temp, etc. was equally engaging and easy to talk with. Sorry I do not remember her name, but in all, it was an easy check up and my questions were answered.

I went to x-ray and they verified with my insurance if they were in that network. And I think that was great. Although I'm not in network, I feel that they did a wonderful job verifying. I found out what was in network and left a message. I'm waiting on someone to call me to send an order to the people who can do an x-ray for me. Thank you so much.

I said that I was in pain and needed to have my pain medicine refilled, that didn't happen. But my Primary physician was in vacation, the nurse practitioner did not listen to me and did what she thought was best for me. After my seeing her for the first time in my life I did ask her for pain medication because my back is in lots of pain, but she paid no attention to that.
