Lily was initial contact. Patient , efficient and friendly. Allison Graf was extremely helpful and efficient. The NP spent time going over medical/physical issues and removed the surgery stitches, which needed to be done. Medication review was extensive and much appreciated.

The only complaint which is any place is the time behind they were vs my appointment time. I will say instead of leaving me in the dark about it, they were up front, very apologetic about it and gave me updates. I really appreciated that.

Both parties acted like they wanted to be there and you just do not get that anymore . I am very pleased with my transition to this practice. From the check in to the lab work was a positive experience. The employee that checked me is was also professional and positive. She was even proactive to set my appointment for next year. I want to give a shout out to the practice manager, the environment was clean and the employees were upbeat and positive. They all seemed happy, you must be doing something right. Thank you Alison, Lilly and the WellStar team for a exceptional experience.

I went to x-ray and they verified with my insurance if they were in that network. And I think that was great. Although I'm not in network, I feel that they did a wonderful job verifying. I found out what was in network and left a message. I'm waiting on someone to call me to send an order to the people who can do an x-ray for me. Thank you so much.
