Alison Graf, NP, is the BEST practitioner I have so far encountered at this family medicine office. When she answered my questions, she actually looked at me instead of looking at the computer. She took her time to answer specific questions and, I felt, gave informed answers. She was patient and took her time with me. For once I did not feel rushed. I am so grateful that she was the practitioner I was able to see on Thursday. :-)

The only issue I had was with the scheduling. I was supposed to have a virtual visit but omit wasn't scheduled that way. But staff quickly pivoted and things went well after that hiccup.
