Front staff and office staff and behind the scenes staff, courteous, polite, respectful. Ms. Alicia could use some bedside manner training, all due respect, and I did not find her very respectful at all. In fact, we ended up being somewhat argumentative.

I honestly can't recall if the person who took my vitals (she definitely wore gloves) or the PA cleaned their hands or not. I simply wasn't paying attention to that.
