All staff from check-in all throughout the visit were helpful, efficient, and interacted well with my child. He always has a positive experience, even during those visits when he has to get vaccines. The provider always takes time to listen to us thoroughly, is kind, and does a fantastic job explaining things to us.

Alicia is really patient with me and my kids and any issues that we ever have. Specifically, at the last visit with Violet, she took probably about 40 minutes longer than was expected to speak with my daughter privately about a lot of issues that she's been having in our household. And I really appreciate all of the extra care and attention and listening that Alicia always gives to our family and Pam as well, but we specifically did see Alicia this time. And I always try to schedule with Alicia or Pam for my girls. And we've gone to many other doctors in the area for other things. And I can confidently say that Alicia

I was really appreciative of how quickly they got my son in. He was very sick and I was very concerned. I called at 8:30 that morning-ish and they got him in at 9:45. So I was very, very pleased with that. And she was very thorough, really thorough. Like she was worried it was like his appendix because he was so nauseated. But she like checked all the boxes and made sure it wasn't the appendix and then testing him for the flu and stuff. But she was just very thorough. So I really appreciated it.
