Dr. Catlett did very well with listening to all of my concerns and questions with reference to my personal care. I tend to read quite a bit about my own health and wellness and she didn't act condescendingly when I asked questions, but she took her time to listen. And additionally, she has a very good bedside manner. It feels like talking to a friend and I'm very comfortable asking her whatever questions I have about my health. Additionally, I like that the connected network of WellSTAR because before prescribing a medication for me, she quickly was able to send a note in MyChart to two of my other specialty physicians.
