I love coming to this office because it's so easy. Easy to park. Just a few steps from the front door to the front desk. Everyone at the desk is friendly and kind. Kayla was super sweet getting me set up. Dr. Catlett gives me her full attention, answers all of my questions, provides full explanations on treatment options and makes me feel comfortable talking about it all. Having the lob on site is so convenient. And I forget my lab tech's name but she has short silver hair and glasses. She has a very calming presence and I feel relieved when I see it's her that's going to draw my blood. Efficient, compassionate, kind. Everyone in this office makes me feel lucky to have access to their care. Thanks team!

Dr. Catlett was amazing. As well as her staff, which is important too. My last primary care doctor retired and I've been trying to find someone new and it's been a challenge. I walked away feeling like I've found my new doctor and told my husband immediately. He will be scheduling an appointment soon.

She listened to my concerns and answered my questions, never acting as if my questions were unimportant; as someone once said, "There are no stupid questions except those not asked." And that was an unspoken attitude that made me unafraid or hesitant to ask any question I brought up. With my concerns, her questions and basic exam performed, she then presented some instructions and ordered two tests based on my symptoms, with a follow-up visit in three months. To summarize, I left with a plan for the problems I'd come in with. Dr. Catlett is both professional and personable in all of my visits with her.

Dr. Catlett was amazing. As well as her staff, which is important too. My last primary care doctor retired and I've been trying to find someone new and it's been a challenge. I walked away feeling like I've found my new doctor and told my husband immediately. He will be scheduling an appointment soon.

Dr. Catlett is PHENOMENAL! She always listens to my concerns and follows through. She is thorough and attentive to properly care for my health. She has awesome bedside manner and is easy to talk to. I'd recommend her to all of my friends and family.

Love Dr Catlett and appreciate the time she takes to listen and always ask 'what else?' I have already referred several people to her and will continue to do so. And even better surprise during this visit was that I found Denise! She's working the lab and drawing blood. She was my favorite at Stonebridge and now she's with my PCP. Match made in heaven!!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Catlett and her amazing staff. Dr. Catlett is truly an exceptional physician. She listens carefully, takes the time to connect the dots, and genuinely cares about her patients. From the moment you meet her, you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. I truly feel like I hit the jackpot when I found her. Although she is an hour away from my home, she is absolutely worth the drive. Today I also had the pleasure of meeting Kayla, who prepared me for my visit. She was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive, and she took wonderful care of me as well. The entire staff is amazing. Thank you all for your compassion, professionalism, and for truly listening and caring for your patients.

Dr Catlett was absolutely amazing and my nurse was so kind and so was the women that drew my blood. It was such a great experience and it's a rare thing to find a completely incredible office. Stacey at the front desk was extremely kind and personable. So glad I found such a wonderful office.

I love coming to this office because it's so easy. Easy to park. Just a few steps from the front door to the front desk. Everyone at the desk is friendly and kind. Kayla was super sweet getting me set up. Dr. Catlett gives me her full attention, answers all of my questions, provides full explanations on treatment options and makes me feel comfortable talking about it all. Having the lob on site is so convenient. And I forget my lab tech's name but she has short silver hair and glasses. She has a very calming presence and I feel relieved when I see it's her that's going to draw my blood. Efficient, compassionate, kind. Everyone in this office makes me feel lucky to have access to their care. Thanks team!
