She listened to my concerns and answered my questions, never acting as if my questions were unimportant; as someone once said, "There are no stupid questions except those not asked." And that was an unspoken attitude that made me unafraid or hesitant to ask any question I brought up. With my concerns, her questions and basic exam performed, she then presented some instructions and ordered two tests based on my symptoms, with a follow-up visit in three months. To summarize, I left with a plan for the problems I'd come in with. Dr. Catlett is both professional and personable in all of my visits with her.

Her demeanor is very pleasant and approachable, you don't feel like you're being rushed or hurried and she looks you straight in the eye which is good. It's not like you or a task that she has to complete, she genuinely takes the time with you. It's like instead of you going to the doctor's office it's like a house call that's how relaxed she is. I mentioned to her me needing to see another specialist and she knew of the practice and the doctor I would be seeing and gave a recommendation. Dr Alexis Catlett answered all of my questions early in my appointment with time to spare. I was very happy with all of her responses and suggestions for my care. She is smart and has a wonderful personality. I'm happy with my experience.

Short waiting time from the waiting room to when Dr. Catlett came into the exam room. She listened to my concerns and answered my questions, never acting as if my questions were unimportant; as someone once said, "There are no stupid questions except those not asked." And that was an unspoken attitude that made me unafraid or hesitant to ask any question I brought up. With my concerns, her questions and basic exam performed, she then presented some instructions and ordered two tests based on my symptoms, with a follow-up visit in three months. To summarize, I left with a plan for the problems I'd come in with. Dr. Catlett is both professional and personable in all of my visits with her.
