Dr. Catlett is so clearly interested in hearing her patients. She asks great questions and gathers information without judgment until the time is right for her professional judgment to shine. She stays in curiosity way longer than most, a true sign of caring.

I would like my test results either called to me and gone over with the doctor or the nurse, by the doctor or the nurse, or for you to schedule a follow-up appointment with me to go over my test results. Because I saw my test results online and I don't know what to do next because I did get some abnormal results that came back, but no feedback. And now I'm stuck not knowing what I need to do next. So that would be my only complaint.

It was nice for someone to see me. O was struggling, and asking for help is hard. But, with the wonderful help, and Listening, I finally got some sleep, and I feel the strom in my head calming down. Now...I am working hard to bring my blood pressure down, and we are working together. It's nice to feel not alone..
