The entire experience was amazing. I enjoyed the front desk personnel. Stacy and the ladies up front were very welcoming. It was a wonderful, and when I met the doctor, even more wonderful. Everyone was kind. I did not feel like a number, and I felt like I was heard. First time visiting the office, first time meeting the doctor and the staff, and I am very pleased.

Dr Catlett is a wonderful person and doctor. In my 69 years, I have never had a doctor who TRULY cares about what my health issues are, let alone help me understand why and what I can do to make things better. She answers my questions and teaches me what is going on and what can be done to alleviate any discomfort or issue I'm experiencing. She is respectful of her patient's time. I never wait more than a few minutes and she asks questions and listens to, and addresses any concerns. She manages her schedule, allowing her the time to have a comfortable consultation with her patients. And, she shows compassion and respect to her patient's time and health situation. She is a diamond in healthcare and an example of how the relationship between doctor and patient should be. Thank you Dr. Catlett. You are awesome and the BEST doctor I have ever had!
