I wanted to mention that the lab tech in the lab cleaned my arm with an alcohol pad and did not let it dry. As a result, the needle stung going in and every test tube that she connected to the vacutaner burned more than usual because the alcohol was still wet on my skin. So I would just suggest the lab techs let the alcohol dry first before starting the venipuncture.
