He answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. I don't think I have ever had a doctor willing to spend that much time with me!

The patience of the front office staff was evident from arriving in the clinic. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and asked to sign in. The clinic was quite busy but the staff was friendly and helpful. The gentleman that worked my clinic check up before Dr. Post was kind and caring. I didn't feel rushed at any point during my visit. Dr Post is always wonderful! He always goes beyond what I expect in my care should entail. Extremely personable and positive always. He explains everything to me AND MY HUSBAND. His care for the health of the entire person is to be commended.

My appointment was 11:00 I arrived 10:45 I had signed in on line and paid my co pay days prior to my appt. I was not taken back till 11:30 then doctor came in at 11:50 and was interrupted by phone call from operating room because when he finished with me and another pt he was due for surgery. I heard the whole procedure as he took call in room with me and my husband. That was not professional nor was the time I had to wait. This happened at my last appt in March 2026. I felt I was being rushed.

The security guard at the entrance was courteous and efficient, promptly directing me to the next station where my information was verified, and I was escorted to the elevator. Throughout the hallways, I encountered staff members who were not only professional but also displayed warm demeanor. Notably, one team member wearing a 'Float Pool' Wellstar shirt demonstrated attention to detail, indicating her role and versatility across various units. The registrar and the PCT/Nurse who took my weight were attentive, professional, and efficient. Although Dr. Post's tardiness was noticeable, his exceptional knowledge, bedside manner, and personality more than compensated for the delay. I highlight this to emphasize his outstanding skills. Overall, my experience was a perfect 10/10, and I wouldn't alter any aspect of it. Thank you for making what could have been an uncomfortable visit remarkably smooth. Dr post is the best. He is knowledgeable and friendly. He demonstrates genuine concern. I appreciate his expertise. Also I want to recognize one of the receptionist Sequoia. She is an extremely great worker. She is mild manner but knows her job. She does several tasks at the same time but continues to focus on taking care of patients. I appreciate her excellence and think she should be recognized as a valued employee.
