Dr. Liaugminas earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from The Ohio State University and his medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Cincinnati.

Everyone I've had the pleasure of interacting with at the rehab facility was absolutely amazing. I have, basically, regained all of my speech and comprehensive reading ability with all the therapy. My OT was thorough and tailored to what I really needed. I have learned coping strategies to handle stress and get back to what I enjoy doing. I have my life back because of all the hard work everyone does.
