Dr. Patel was very professional and is prescribing tests to make sure my health is being taken care of. The nurse that assisted me with the heart monitor was very kind and very professional.

The person doing the scheduling did not seem to understand the physician's instructions for next actions. For example, she tried to schedule a stress test for me . I had just done a stress test 3 months ago and the doctor indicated I would not need another for 2 years. Same issues around next visits, etc.

The response from entering the office, preliminary time getting healtgcare details to seeing the doctor and having a question answered after leaving the office was exceptional ... the entire experience was a team effort and I felt cared for at every step of the process!

Dr Patel and all.of his staff was so friendly and made me feel comfortable in a scary time for me. I hope none of my family or friends ever have the need to see a cardiologist but if they do I would highly recommend Dr Patel.
