As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with courtesy. Dr. Messallam's nurse, Yemi greeted me very cordially and engaged my daughter and I in a nice conversation. He was polite and efficient. Dr. Messallam was great. He asked questions in depth and was really interested in my health. He didn't rush me but took his time allowing me to address all my issues.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Messallam and I was very impressed. I was greeted immediately at the check in desk. He was very nice and efficient. Dr. Messallam was prepared, listened intently and shared a lot of insight for my care with follow up tests. Yemi was amazing...so kind and got me ready for my appointment with the doctor and afterwards took the time to explain the info for my tests with locations. So glad I was referred by Dr. Albano! Thank you!

I'm always nervous when I go to meet a new doctor but Dr. Ahmed Messallam was very pleasant and had great bedside manner, and that's what I'd look for in a doctor a doctor that takes the time to listen and give you feedback. I also appreciate his team. They were very pleasant and very inviting, and I appreciate that because when you're feeling some kind of way or your body is feeling some kind of way you want, caring people, and that's what he is. And that's what his team is. I'm very happy that I chose this office. He would definitely be a doctor that I would recommend to my friends and family.

the office staff scheduled me for an extra appointment that my doctor and me did not see necessary. I am not sure why the office staff called me to schedule an extra visit before the already prescheduled visit. Then they tried to charge me for the visit when I already met my Medicare deductible. The interactions with the staff was confusing.
