One serious concern with the intentional limit to scheduling follow up visits beyond 2 months. I can't imagine the reason to limit scheduling capability but it is NOT in the best interest of patient care. I am sorry but the best word i can find for this policy is stupid since it is highly probable to cause failure for patient/Dr follow up.

In addition to his technical skill(he's the only person in the state that can get down my narrow esophagus), Dr Messallam is also first doctor to really look into my rare condition and offer ideas around the unknown underlying conditions rather than just stretching my throat every year or so.
