The testing is extensive. I'm still being followed to determine a valid diagnosis. The previous lab I was sent to did not perform the complete labs, Gastro Dr. wasn't too happy with this outcome. They only performed partial lab order which is causing doubles trips and confusion.

The ladies at the front desk, are unprofessional. They do not greet you when you enter the office or are they polite and respectful. The front staff needs retraining or something else.

Dr. Messallam is awesome! Very knowledgeable, patient, caring, and took great pains to explain my condition in a way I can understand. The office staff are also unusually caring, very professional, and delightfully friendly! I arrived concerned but left very content to follow Dr. Messallam's recommendations!

I had to wait almost 2 hours to see Dr. Messallam. Everyone was polite and kind, but the wait was awful! I highly recommend Dr. Messallam. He was wonderful!

I would suggest in the waiting room that the TV have its closed caption on for the hearing impaired. The volume is low understandably but it was hard to hear over front office chatter among themselves and with patients.
