the office staff scheduled me for an extra appointment that my doctor and me did not see necessary. I am not sure why the office staff called me to schedule an extra visit before the already prescheduled visit. Then they tried to charge me for the visit when I already met my Medicare deductible. The interactions with the staff was confusing.
