I was disappointed by the lack of communication, attentiveness, and overall engagement during my recent visit. Important ongoing health concerns already documented in my medical history were not discussed, and I left feeling dismissed rather than cared for. The appointment felt rushed and transactional instead of patient-centered. The few questions asked were already answered online before the appointment. As a patient, I expect a provider to review my chart thoroughly, ask thoughtful follow-up questions, and show genuine concern regarding my serious and ongoing medical issues. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Currently I'm actively seeking another PCP and possibly a different medical facility all together.

Dr. Mahmood is very kind and he listens very well, repeats back what I share to make sure we're on the same page and he's able to provide me with good sound medical care. So I am thankful for this new addition to this center and I look forward to working with Dr. Mahmood.

I like this that they call back right away. When you get your reports and everything, they let you know what's going on. I like the nurses there. They're pretty good. I'm sorry, they're excellent. They help. I like that they help and they assist with everything.

This was the first visit in nearly three years. Usually I am fobbed off on Urgent Care because they don't have an opening. And the visit three years ago was for a broken foot, and the doctor said I had gout! Maybe they finally have their act together.
