I think appointments are too far and apart. I think communication between doctors scripts and pharmacy need to be more aligned to meet patients needs. Authorizations for scripts should be done in house, the the patients responsibilities.

I don't like to go to a doctor. But this entire 'practice' makes it pleasant. They're very nice and personable at check-in and check-out and scheduling bloodwork and appointments. Dr Mahmood and his nurse Gina are awesome. They genuinely listen and respond, and made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel 'rushed' through my visit. Thank you!

Everyone was very courteous and respectful...from my phone appointment to arrival, reception, nurse, Dr. Mahmood,labs and checkout. I appreciated the office professionalism and kindness. The office itself is very clean and orderly.

I was very impressed with the doctor. He listens and advises, not instructs. He just doesn't tell you. And it was very important to me for that to happen. And I believe her name is Gina, was a nurse, and she was very down to earth and very enjoyable to talk to while she performed her duties. And the front desk was absolutely terrific. There was a little girl there, I don't remember her name, I think it was Melina, Melanie. But she was very, very nice to me, and I appreciated that. So I thank you all for the service you gave me.
