The staff has always been friendly throughout the years and if I have a question that they don't know the answer to, they will always try and find the answer for me. Dr. Mahmood is very kind and he listens very well, repeats back what I share to make sure we're on the same page and he's able to provide me with good sound medical care. So I am thankful for this new addition to this center and I look forward to working with Dr. Mahmood.

I like this that they call back right away. When you get your reports and everything, they let you know what's going on. I like the nurses there. They're pretty good. I'm sorry, they're excellent. They help. I like that they help and they assist with everything.

This was the first visit in nearly three years. Usually I am fobbed off on Urgent Care because they don't have an opening. And the visit three years ago was for a broken foot, and the doctor said I had gout! Maybe they finally have their act together.

I think appointments are too far and apart. I think communication between doctors scripts and pharmacy need to be more aligned to meet patients needs. Authorizations for scripts should be done in house, the the patients responsibilities.
