I normally see Dr. Christy who is my primary care physician for over 20 years. Today I saw Dr.Mahmood for the first time, he was excellent. He gave me a thorough examination, was very patient and explained in detail everything I needed to know about my condition.Excellent doctor very professional. My experience or visit was fine and even allowed me to do labs today. My issue is why aren't all my medical records to be found in one website or place? ( urologist, dermatologist, gastro- intestinal)

Because my most recent Lab Results, ordered by my Hematologist/Oncologist, resulted in "Abnormal Levels" in areas of my body which are not in my Hematologist 's area of expertise, I wanted to discuss these"Abnormal Levels" with my PCP, whose areas of specialty included those "Abnormal Levels". I was called "twice", before my appointment, asking WHY I needed to see my PCP (once the morning of the appointment), even after I had confirmed my appointment two days beforehand! Honestly, I do not feel like my Provider wanted to see me, even though my Hematologist's Office, nor the Specialist, really explained to me why these numbers are "Normal" on some Labs, and "Abnormal" on others. The explanation given was my age, the fact that I am a Cancer Survivor, and that I am "depressed" due to my entire family having been in a horrific car accident. If my Labs are "Normal" sometimes, I want to know how to get them to remain "Normal" consistently!!
