Some of the nurses might want to learn how to talk with low volume when gossiping and talking down on other patients. As I was waiting in the room to be seen, I could hear them and it was unpleasant, unprofessional, and made me feel uncomfortable. I started to record and honestly make a report. If they aren't happy with their jobs and don't enjoy dealing with people, maybe consider a profession.

I would like to be able to speak with my provider without a 15 min time limit. Some concerns cannot be discussed in the allowed time that patients are given in the block that is allowed for providers. I would like to be a name and not a time frame. I worked in the medical field so I get it. Didn't like it then and don't like it now.
