Karen and Rose at the front desk were helpful, friendly and thorough from check-in to scheduling at check-out. Dr. Akhi-Gbade and her CMA were easy to talk to and very informative and nice. I'm glad I've established care at this office.

I scheduled an appointment with another doctor in the practice that had a early appointment. When I got to the office I was informed that I couldn't see the doctor which I chose because he wasn't my primary care. My problem is that I should not have been able to scheduled the appointment if that is the policy of the practice. As large as this practice is, the online scheduling should be more patient friendly.
