I think Dr. Patel is an exceptional doctor. She listens, she's extremely knowledgeable, she's passionate, I can't say enough great things about her. I will say the challenge is with her staff. They continuously fail to do their job and have given her all the feedback on it, but again, highly recommend her.

There is something wrong with your video interaction software. Even before the event, I could never verify that the microphone worked. In the age of Teams and Zoom where the interactions are flawless, why do you insist on using a defective software interface? Dr. Patel is amazing. I trust and depend on her immensely. The video call was a huge disappointment. It sounds convenient but at the end we had to simply have a phone call. With your current system it's tempting to come in for a face-to-face.
