I an a bit sorry bc last minute findings made me insist in a visit with Dr Patel. I definetly understand that it is hard to see a Dr in so short spam of time but my need was urgent and together with Dr Patel, we arrived to what was best for me and now I am sure that the solution Dr Patel gave me, it was the best and we will see the results when I see her in 7 months. Thank you Dr Patel.

We have been patients at Wellstar for decades. This office, specifically, was the most welcoming and affable we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. From the check in personnel, to the nurse, doctor, phlebotomist, check out personnel, and office manager, I was blown away by their customer service; so much so, I asked to speak to the office manager to let her know her staff is EXCEPTIONAL! Kudos to this practice for excellent customer service and care!!

The staff, Lab Technician, front and back staff were very friendly, patient, kind and professional especially Dr. A. Patel she made me fill at ease. I was very nervous about my condition and the options I had. Every question I asked she answered and shad some great questions she asked me I would definitely tell my friends and family.

This was my first visit with Dr. Patel and I must say it was one of the best! From beginning (gentleman who checked me in, young lady who triaged me), to end (phlebotomist, young lady who checked me out and scheduled my future appointment). Sorry, I'm not very good remembering names, but the triage person's name may have started with a "T" and "Vera" may have been the phlebotomist's name. I must admit, my appointment time was 10:10 am with an arrival time of 9:55 am, pretty sure I checked in right at 10:10 am. Lobby was busy and I expected I would be waiting a while, well I was wrong. The wait felt like 5 minutes!!! I was impressed. After vitals and assessment, I assumed I'd be waiting an eternity before the doc would come in. Boy was I wrong, Dr. Patel was there in a flash. Dr. Patel was patient, kind, with a wonderful bedside manner. She re-educated me on things I misunderstood and thoroughly explained next steps. I can honestly say Dr. Patel made me feel like she took personal interest in my care, that I was important was not just a "patient", which made me feel special. I look forward to becoming an established patient with Dr. Patel.

I an a bit sorry bc last minute findings made me insist in a visit with Dr Patel. I definetly understand that it is hard to see a Dr in so short spam of time but my need was urgent and together with Dr Patel, we arrived to what was best for me and now I am sure that the solution Dr Patel gave me, it was the best and we will see the results when I see her in 7 months. Thank you Dr Patel.

The staff and doctor are pleasant , I dont feel rushed during my visit. The doctor wants to hear what I want to say about my care. The pheblodomist is the sweetest. Thank you
