For having to go to a MD it was about as pleasant as anyone could imagine. Front desk knows your name and is always willing to try and accommodate the patient. Today the nurse solved my difficulty in activating the Glucose monitor and set it to share data with the office. As usual, Dr. Patel listened attentively and proactively adjusted my medication. Hope she never leaves Wellstar...

My experience was beyond EXCELLENT today - from check in to check out, every encounter was positive and professional. This was my first time meeting Dr. Aesha Patel, she is a refreshing wealth of knowledge. I learned more today about my condition than I have from any medical professional since I was first diagnosed 13yrs ago. She should truly conduct a TED talk. Her way of explaining, teaching, sharing is so very personable! I felt like I was in a private seminar. She listened, explained and advised in a way that made me feel like I mattered and was cared for. She covered all possibilities of treatments and outcomes. I have zero desire to Google anything I may be in doubting. What a refreshing appt compared to the previous specialist at this same practice. She is a true asset to this practice. Her MA Roleda was outstanding and managed for the first time in many years calm/sooth me to get a normal BP reading! Outstanding bedside manner! Phlebotomist Viktoriya was pleasant, kind and gentle. Special shout outs to Kita for scheduling my next appt and Audrei for lovely chat as I settled my balance. These folks are all ROCK STARS.. I will be telling everyone I know how fabulous this practice is and I look forward to continued future follow up visits. THANK YOU!
