A change is being made in my medication. Dr. Patel made I understood all details and felt comfortable with this change. She is an excellent physician, which has been proven by my continued improvement. The lab nurse was most accommodating and knew exactly how to handle the difficulty taking my blood. The check in/out staff are always friendly and efficient as well as the checkin nurse.

My primary care wasn't super concerned about my blood test results, but I was because of my family history. Dr. Patel listened and agreed that it was worth doing further testing. She went above and beyond and tested for things that I hadn't even thought/known about. Even if it turns out not to be thyroid related, I feel confident that everything will be appropriately investigated to make sure that there isn't something going on!

Everyone in the office are wonderful with great personalities also, love seeing them each time I go. Thank You!! The only thing which I have a hard time is finding their entrance up to the building, when dark, you can't see it, and even when day light it is hard to notice..they need something to stand out so people can find it.

I have been a patience for many years. I have happily come in contact with much of the caregiver. They have always been very professional, courteous, caring and enjoying being there ~ enjoying what they are doing. This visit everything was new ~ floors, paint, chairs that kind of thing. Although everyone was as wonderful, warm and caring as always for some reason my heart hurt for each of them.
