The call answering center that you get switched to was not a good experience as they could only offer video apts. had to wait for them to check actual dr office for resolution. Put on hold for few minutes in order for them just to send email about another question. Felt like extensive hold for not a good reason. Office is wonderful - call answering creates a gap in timely resolutions.

My last Endocrinologist left her practice that I was going to. I was quite happy with my care there. When I met Dr. A. Patel it didn't take long to realize that everything would be ok and changing Endocrinologists will be just fine. I found Dr.Patel to be so intelligent, she spoke to me where everything made sense. She already had my past records that she studied prior to my appointment. There's so much more. She has a great presence. Easy to talk to and really cared about keeping me healthy. I can tell this Doctor/Patient adjustment will be all good. I also really liked her medical assistant. I only remember her name starts with an "R" People are so fast to be rude...that's why I appreciate surveys. Noticing great people and having a place to be positive. Thank you!
