I think Dr. Patel is an exceptional doctor. She listens, she's extremely knowledgeable, she's passionate, I can't say enough great things about her. I will say the challenge is with her staff. They continuously fail to do their job and have given her all the feedback on it, but again, highly recommend her.

I an a bit sorry bc last minute findings made me insist in a visit with Dr Patel. I definetly understand that it is hard to see a Dr in so short spam of time but my need was urgent and together with Dr Patel, we arrived to what was best for me and now I am sure that the solution Dr Patel gave me, it was the best and we will see the results when I see her in 7 months. Thank you Dr Patel.

From the check in personnel, to the nurse, doctor, phlebotomist, check out personnel, and office manager, I was blown away by their customer service; so much so, I asked to speak to the office manager to let her know her staff is EXCEPTIONAL! Kudos to this practice for excellent customer service and care!!
