The front office staff was very prompt and friendly. The nurse who checked my vitals and my blood was also courteous and efficient. Dr Patel listened carefully to a problem I was having and we talked through everything together. I feel very confident in the level of care I'm receiving and in Dr Patel's level of expertise. I truly enjoy seeing Dr. Patel and her staff. They are consistently caring, compassionate, and empathetic, making every visit a positive experience. Her staff always takes the time to review my current medications and proactively asks if I need any refills, which I greatly appreciate. Dr. Patel is thorough, transparent, and keeps me well informed about every aspect of my health. During my most recent visit, she shared information from a conference she had attended regarding my adrenal gland condition and the promising advancements being made in that area. She carefully explained the next steps, including additional testing, bloodwork, and medication options, ensuring I understood my treatment plan and had the opportunity to ask questions. I appreciate the genuine care, professionalism, and excellent communication that Dr. Patel and her entire team provide. I always feel listened to, informed, and confident that I am receiving exceptional care.

They are really the best! The nurse is amazing, professional and caring and the DOCTOR is the BEST! I just love her! Dr. Aesha Patel is the best endocrinologist/diabetes specialist I have had in my 28 years of living with diabetes. After experiencing many providers with poor bedside manner, Dr. Patel has truly been a breath of fresh air. She is kind, compassionate, attentive, and makes me feel heard and supported. The front staff needs more training. They did not click to check me in and I waited an hour before I could see the provider. So the front desk just needs more training.

Dr. Aesha Patel is wonderful, very pleasant, professional, and gives me great medical care for my thyroid issues. She's got a good staff. I appreciate Audrei, Roleda, Toi, Jeannie, and Diane. They are all very nice and helpful.

I truly enjoy seeing Dr. Patel and her staff. They are consistently caring, compassionate, and empathetic, making every visit a positive experience. Her staff always takes the time to review my current medications and proactively asks if I need any refills, which I greatly appreciate. Dr. Patel is thorough, transparent, and keeps me well informed about every aspect of my health. During my most recent visit, she shared information from a conference she had attended regarding my adrenal gland condition and the promising advancements being made in that area. She carefully explained the next steps, including additional testing, bloodwork, and medication options, ensuring I understood my treatment plan and had the opportunity to ask questions. I appreciate the genuine care, professionalism, and excellent communication that Dr. Patel and her entire team provide. I always feel listened to, informed, and confident that I am receiving exceptional care.

The front office staff was very prompt and friendly. The nurse who checked my vitals and my blood was also courteous and efficient. Dr Patel listened carefully to a problem I was having and we talked through everything together. I feel very confident in the level of care I'm receiving and in Dr Patel's level of expertise.
