Today they used an interpreter for my appointment, which surprised me because Dr. Albano is fluent in Spanish. This made the appointment slow and long. I felt uncomfortable trying to speak with three people, including the nurse, who wasn't very friendly. I don't understand why Dr. Albano can't treat his patients the way he always does, with his characteristic charisma and kindness. He always makes me feel well cared for and shows that he truly cares about his patients. We know it's Wellstar's policy, not a personal one. We will continue going to his practice because he is very generous in his concern for everyone. But the interpreter is unnecessary when the doctor speaks the same language.
