Dr Albano is always the greatest - friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, caring attitude, however, I can't say the same for the staff out front. Always seem to be cold, uninterested, VERY LITTLE interaction with patients, never smiles, short answers as though they don't want to pursue a conversation, hardly makes eye contact.
