When I checked in at the front office the lady was short temper and rude. I was shocked. Dr Albano is fantastic and so is his nurse.

However, Dr. Albano was knowledgeable, empathetic, kind, thorough, and super supportive as he assured me that we will get through things together and chip away at one thing at a time. His calm yet confident demeanor allowed me to relax and trust him.
