Dr. Albano is wonderful! He has excellent working knowledge of my medical history and recent lab work upon entering the room. He listen carefully and addresses questions and concerns. I am so pleased he is my doctor and overseeing my health care.

Dr Albano was attentive and provided a very professional and personalized healthcare provider experience. He took time with me and made suggestions for my health showing that he had taken the time to look at my history and I trust him with my healthcare.

I had a few grievances about the practice's policies and procedures, and Dr. Albano at least tried to give us answers and placate us, but the experience was soured after I did labs today. Since I was not fasting, Dr. Albano gave me a printout of locations where I could walk in to do labs, but the location I went to no longer accepts non-Rheumatology patients! So I went to his office and managed to get a walk-in appointment even though they don't usually do that. Then I went to another Labcorp to do labs for a non-Wellstar doctor, only to find out that Dr. Albano's labs were in Labcorp's system and I could have saved myself a lot of trouble had he just told me that everything was in Labcorp's system instead of trying to shuffle me to one of these other locations. I had asked him during our appointment EXACTLY THAT, if I would be able to do both sets at any Labcorp and he funneled me to one of these other locations instead.
