My appointment was at 11:30 AM. At 12:30 PM, I was still waiting to be seen. I finally asked if they forgot about me. They said the doctor was finishing up seeing someone else in the next room and she'd be with me soon. Later, they told me the doctor was seeing someone who was "having an emergency", but it's not like you guys are doing surgeries there or anything. Around 12:50 PM they took me to another doctor. I was there for a while and they said that doctor "would be back after 1 PM", I guess meaning back from lunch. Finally someone came to see me maybe around 1:05 or so. Too long of a wait to see someone.

My provider Abigail Lee was excellent. The check-in technician was good and the nurse was good. It is hard to communicate with the providers at this location. When I am sick I want to talk with my doctor - not go through a multi step process. It has been this way for a long time. Lot of smart people in your organization - figure it out

The whole process from start to finish was excellent. The front office staff Tatiana, was helpful entering our health insurance information into the system. Jackie the MA was professional and made my daughter feel calm and comfortable when asking her the adolescent questions during her check up. Brazil in the lab was gentle with her and she couldn't feel a thing. Overall, our visit with Abigail PA was a success. She was very informative and provided great insight into my daughter's growth and development. We will be seeing her for future visits. Thank you, everyone who played a role in my child's care.

My experience today with the NP somewhat restored my faith in Wellstar I had planned to switch to another health care company based on the lack of service and communication about my health in the last couple years I had started to feel that I was just a number and a statistic I have been receiving care from another wellness provider to keep myself updated on my care because of the lack of attention to care received.
