Abigail was awesome. She was personable, she was charismatic, and she was knowledgeable, and she's funny. Plus, she actually wears on clouds. So any medical healthcare provider that wears on clouds is cool with me any day. Because that's a good brand of sneaker, and are comfortable. Awesome.

It certainly can improve on the wait time. I was there at 8:30 and I wasn't being seen until 9:05. I have to wait almost 40 minutes to get to be seen. Other than that, everything else is well.

After waiting for 20 minutes along with 5 other people to get blood drawn, I finally just left because no one was being called and I had to pick up my kid.
