The only issue I had was finding the office was kind of overwhelming but staff was very quick to offer help and directions! The signage was good it's just a huge building!

It was great that we didn't have to wait long and the provider didn't seem like she was trying to rush. She gave plenty of explanation. One of the best experiences we've had with a specialist. My only suggestion would be to give more detailed instructions on where the appointment was. The appointment reminders gave an address, but I didn't know where to park or what building or floor the office was on. It would've been nice to have that information so that arrival could be quicker and easier.

The doctor was very attentive to my granddaughter. As far as asking and answering her questions so she could understand. We were both very comfortable and felt good about her treatment plan. Dr. Hamby is the true meaning of how a doctor should treat her patients.

I appreciated that Dr. Hambe and her resident were very patient and knowledgeable and both of them made sure that I had all of my questions answered and they didn't, they weren't like in a hurry to get me through my appointment or anything like that. And they were also very good with my baby and they talked straight to him and didn't just talk about him and they were looking for him to respond to their questions as well.
