I appreciated that Dr. Hambe and her resident were very patient and knowledgeable and both of them made sure that I had all of my questions answered and they didn't, they weren't like in a hurry to get me through my appointment or anything like that. And they were also very good with my baby and they talked straight to him and didn't just talk about him and they were looking for him to respond to their questions as well.

machinery to take blood pressure was inaccurate and didn't have alternative manual blood pressure machine to check accurate blood pressure was a downfall. The provider spoke very quickly and listened to an extent but didn't seem empathetic. and spoke very fast. I think she could better show listening and empathy towards the concerns. Thank you.
