Tracy Kathleen Jones, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, GS-C, is a family nurse practitioner providing primary care for adults ages 18 and older in Villa Rica, GA. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Kennesaw State University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University.

Tracy specializes in family medicine with an emphasis on geriatric care and preventive health. She provides comprehensive care for a variety of acute and chronic health conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, high cholesterol, anemia, and obesity. She also offers annual wellness exams and focuses on helping patients maintain long-term health and quality of life.

Known for her compassionate and patient-centered approach, Tracy believes every patient matters and is committed to helping individuals make informed healthcare decisions that support healthier lifestyles. She is certified in family practice through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and holds a geriatric nursing certification through the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association. She is also a member of both organizations.

In her spare time, Tracy enjoys reading and watching documentaries. She welcomes new patients and accepts most major insurance plans.
