I must admit, I was a bit nervous because i haven't visited the clinic in over 3-4 years. All staff were wonderful the FOS, don't remember her name, really kind and pleasant & extremely knowledgeable of the business practices. The Medical Asst, Makayla the NP, Tracy and the lab personnel did a phenomenal job, all responded to my concerns appropriately.

I would like to commend Wellstar Powder Springs on their fast service. Normally, it's on time. Every once in a while, it may be running behind on some days, but most days, it's on time, and I do appreciate the professionalism of the doctors as well as the nurses' assistants, and everyone is very kind, and I do appreciate that.

What I don't like about the practice is the fact that they are reluctant to call anything in for you, even as an established patient. And most of the time, they're willing to give it to you when you make an appointment, but why take up appointment time when it's something that could be called in? even if you had to charge a fee for calling it in. That does annoy me sometimes, well, a lot of the time. And that's it, thank you.
