I definitely do think that the provider needs to be a little bit more aware of what patients can hear from inside the room. As somebody who works in healthcare, I honestly took everything with a grain of salt, but even before she was coming in there, I could hear her complaining about how my visit was scheduled. I feel like any other patient probably would have been very upset and probably may have not wanted to be seen by her. But for me, as I mentioned, I worked in healthcare, so I just took it with a grain of salt. But in a way, it did rub me the wrong way as to what else could she be saying about me if I'm not there or allowed and other patients can hear.

I was given an appointment for check up that required blood to be drawn only to be told after seeing the nurse that I had to proceed.to another facility to have blood drawn. That was a total waste of my morning.

I got a shingles shot but I've never had chickenpox? That was concerning. Was told it didn't matter by technician but I think it does. Nurse practitioner was quite GREAT with all my symptoms.Made be feel like I was in good hands.??
