Wellstar Internal Medicine in LaGrange provides personalized primary care for patients ages 18 and older. Conveniently located in Medical Park near Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center, our experienced team has proudly cared for the LaGrange community for more than a decade. We make it easy to access the care you need with same-day and next-day appointment availability for many routine health concerns. Our providers offer preventive care, annual wellness visits, chronic disease management, and treatment for acute illnesses, helping patients stay healthy through every stage of adulthood. We care for a wide range of conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, and other chronic health concerns. Additional services include women's health, geriatric care, treatment for minor injuries such as sprains, strains, and cuts, and select minor skin procedures, including wart removal and cyst drainage. For added convenience, outpatient lab services are available nearby at the Wellstar Outpatient Lab on Vernon Road.

Appointments and Cancellations
To help us provide timely care for all patients, we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to accommodate you within the day's schedule, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible. Patients with three or more late cancellations or no-shows within a 90-day period may be subject to dismissal from the practice.
