Appointments and Cancellations
To help us provide timely care for all patients, we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to accommodate you within the day's schedule, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible. Patients with three or more late cancellations or no-shows within a 90-day period may be subject to dismissal from the practice.
