Dr. Timothy “Scott” Toney Jr. Is a primary care Pediatrician currently practicing at Wellstar Avalon Health Park in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Dr. Toney received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University, completing additional coursework focusing on international, inner-city, and rural medicine. He went on to complete his residency in Pediatrics at US Naval Medical Center San Diego.

He spent several years practicing as a Naval Flight Surgeon before embarking on a career in Pediatrics. His military service took his family around the country and even overseas. He takes great pride in his time serving military members and their families.

As a father of four, Dr. Toney understands the joys and challenges of raising a family. He brings a positive and practical approach to his work. He recognizes and appreciates the diverse backgrounds of the families he serves. He is passionate about caring for children, advocating for their health and well-being, and supporting parents and families.

Dr. Brandi Lewis is a caring and compassionate pediatrician. She is a board-certified pediatrician and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Lewis graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and then went on to do her residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Her experience includes training and teaching future physicians. She worked with residents and medical students at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and taught medical students as an Assistant Professor at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Lewis cares deeply that parents and their children learn about the challenges of growth, development, behavior, preventive health, and management of illness while receiving the treatment they need. She is hard-working, passionate, loving, and caters to her patients with the utmost care and concern. She is passionate about the overall well-being of children. She has interests in culinary medicine, nutrition, and population health. In her free time, Dr. Lewis enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, baking, and photography.

Dr. Zhou is an accomplished and highly experienced primary care pediatrician who provides care for children, infants, and adolescents. He is board certified in Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, with over 40 years of practice. He earned his medical degree from West China University of Medical Sciences and completed his residency at Iowa Methodist Medical Center/Blank Children’s Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa.

Dr. Zhou is recognized for his commitment to patient-centered care, displaying diligence, professionalism, and compassion toward patients and their families. He remains dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of children through all stages of development, drawing on his expertise to address their unique needs as they grow and mature.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Zhou has a keen interest in traditional Chinese medicine. In his free time, he volunteers within his Church community and enjoys spending quality time with his wife, children, and two grandchildren. His hobbies include tennis and fishing.
