Open enrollment begins Saturday, November 1 and ends Thursday, January 15, 2026. If you enroll by Thursday, January 15, coverage starts February 1, 2026.
If you experience a life change — like marriage, the birth of a child or a move — outside of open enrollment, you may qualify for a special enrollment period. To learn more about qualifying for special enrollment, visit healthcare.gov.
