Bridget the receptionist, was kind and friendly. Dr. Mott was empathetic, caring and took her time to explain things to me.

This visit was for a hearing test. The appointment was at 11. a few minutes after 11 the audiologist told us there was another patient who had to be moved in ahead of me even though she did not have an appointment. I didn't want to make a scene so I said OK. The delay caused me to finally get to the audiology lab at noon, one hour late. This made me feel like I was not as valuable to the practice as the other patient who was shoved ahead of me. This also delayed another patient who was scheduled after me. This not something that has happened before, and I trust it will not happen again.

I was scheduled for two visits that day, one with Jennifer and one with the gal that I saw. Both were like almost 45 minutes late. I ended up canceling the other one because I had to leave and I did not have time to talk to her. I'm very discouraged that that facility is so unconcerned with their clients, their patients' time. Not used to that, and that's the reason that I would not recommend them somewhere else for anybody else.
