I booked my appointment for a "FULL CHECKUP" but I left with nothing being done to me. Dr. Hatt said "I know you booked a full check but our blood girl isn't here, so let's reschedule the blood work for another day." That's was mind blowing. As a doctor you should reach out your patient and offer to reschedule, no harm no foul. But it was all about a check I'm never going back to him. He gave great information he had to though because I came for absolutely nothing. A complete waste of time, the people at the front desk didn't even mention "the blood girl was out for few days. Wellstar used to be the best, what happened?!

I honestly have had a lot of really negative experiences with the medical system, and I have never felt as comfortable or welcomed as I did today. I am very grateful to all the staff.
