The quickest way to improve your service would be to not necessarily rely solely on what happened with a previous doctor's note. If only the notes are being used to diagnose a patient, then you're missing the mark and it's pointless to keep going back to you guys.

I really like the way I was treated and the doctor's treatment. She tried to explain to us via an interpreter. I really liked that the appointment was very fast and we didn't have to wait many months to see her. I'm very grateful for having been attended so soon.

Dr. Gregory was amazing. My daughters previous neurologist didn't listen to our concerns and my daughter suffered because of it. From the moment we walked in we loved it. The staff was friendly. Dr. Gregory was amazing and answered every question we had. She really cared about my daughter which was a relief. Since we've left I've messaged her a few times and she's always responds promptly.
