The woman who checked me in was very rude. She was complaining that I hadn't scheduled my appointment correctly and said I didn't book it as a physical (even though that wasn't even an option when I booked my appointment months ago), and said the doctor didn't have time to see me. She then immediately checked me in anyway so I guess "not having time" was instantly no longer an issue. I'm sure she deals with a lot, but the attitude was totally unnecessary and she's the first face I saw when I walked in so it started the visit off very negatively. However, Dr. Pandey is always great and reassured me when I told her about this issue. The nurses and lab techs were also very nice and efficient.

The receptionist(?) BERATED me for being at the clinic at 6:45 a.m., the time that Wellstar communicated to me multiple times over a period of weeks. She said "We open at 7:00! Your appointment is at 7:00!" Obviously, HER comfort and convenience are very important. She seems not to know that she is the public face of that Wellstar clinic. She needs training or firing.

I'm somebody that has medical anxiety, so going to a new doctor after being with my old doctor for 20 years was very stress-inducing for me. I think that Dr. Pandey was just incredible. I actually left there in tears because of how kind and compassionate she was, and I am so excited that I've got a new care team. All of the nurses were lovely as well.
