Dr. Mathews met every metric of comprehensive healthcare including great listener, informative, compassion, and provided a clear preliminary care plan. The staff was equally professional and courteous. Great location and ample parking space. I cannot say enough good things about my experience as a new patient.

No real reason determined for snoring. I learned that "snoring" is cosmetic although both my husband and I lose sleep because of it. Poor sleep is a medical problem. The cosmetic classification causes me to fear the expenses for which I will be responsible. A sleep study is suggested and a person has left a message for me to call and schedule. I probably won't because my med insurance is unlikely to pay for expenses relative to a cosmetic problem. I will use the doctor-prescribed nasal spray which I'll probably purchase OTC at Walmart. No prescription needed. The doctor's physical evaluation was valuable since no obvious causes were revealed.

The doctor really didn't listen to me. I told him this all started after I had surgery with my throat and he tried to say it was reflux. I've had reflux for years and I told him that and he still didn't listen to me and said it was reflux. So I don't have much confidence in what he was saying. Thank you.
