The doctor was really nice and very listening, but my issue was related to anxiety where I was feeling an increase in heartbeat. While she was very listening and very nice to me, she did not look for any physical aspects of mine to see if my vitamin D levels are okay, if my thyroid is okay, how my blood work result looks like. She did not look at any of my physical aspects. She just went with the conclusion that I have anxiety and depression and she immediately recommended an antidepressant, which was not what I was looking for. I would have appreciated if they also looked at my blood work and other levels to see if there is any

Dr. Fraklin is awesome. The office is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Franklin always has my best interest at heart. She listens and never judges. I finally found a pcp that treats you like a person and not just a number. She never rushes you out. She gives you her complete attention. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.
