Dr Q is honest, attentive and gives me practical advice for my child's care. The Lego set also helped soothe him which was a lovely touch! Also did great on adding him in same day, Thank you!

Your policy on shops is not great. I do not like it. I'm being strong-hand into forcing my kids to have shops on a schedule rather than delaying. It's not great. I do not like it at all. At the very least, let the parent have the ability to at least delay it.
