I was thankful they were able to get me in for an appointment, but I also waited in the lobby for a half an hour after my appointment started before I was brought back to see the doctor.

Dr. Patel is very attentive and thorough in her work, listened to all my concerns and gave me peace of mind. The lady who draw blood from my hand was so wonderful and helped me deal with my anxiety, she was so patient and heard all my needs. All the receptionists were very nice and attentive. The nurse that welcomed me was very kind and listened to all my concerns too. I'm very happy with my experience in your office.

The doctor, although she was nice, she talked too much about herself and things unrelated to my care. I felt like I was fighting to get the care/ info I needed. The nurse was pleasant. The young lady that checked me out was rude and condescending. This was unlike any visit I have ever had with Wellstar. I would not want this doctor again, and I am glad she will not be my regular doctor.
