Matthew Cornish, MD

Raised in the military, Dr. Cornish was immersed in many different cultures. While working as a private pediatrician in Utah, he continued his involvement in research, teaching and international medical care. He then moved to the South Pacific to volunteer. In the nation of Vanuatu, his work focused on disaster response, public health strategy and developing medical education. Now back in Augusta, Dr. Cornish specializes in pediatric general and adolescent medicine and is professor of pediatrics at Medical College of Georgia.
