The doctor had a very good bedside manner! Explained everything, had empathy, was conversational and comforting.

Dr. Simpson was very professional, but I especially appreciated the fact that she educated me and explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. The only thing I would recommend an improvement on is because I am a cancer patient and had a double mastectomy, I can only have blood pressure taken on my right lower wrist. And that should not be an issue when the nurse is notified. I will say this about her though, she did not know that, but made a point to put a message in my chart, and that should have been there a long time ago. But perhaps you can educate your staff that they should ask how you or where do you want your blood pressure taken, and that would give the patient an opportunity to explain what needs to be done. But I'm very pleased, and I thank you for your time.

I went to the first reception area and they had to figure out to send me to the hidden reception area in the same lobby. This caused confusion for me. Also getting the attention of the staff at the second (correct) reception took some serious looking around for several minutes to discover a small label saying to tap on the window.
