I really liked the nurse, front desk and support team that we interacted with during my visit. However, I felt like the doctor was dismissive of what I was experiencing, even though after reading the discharge paperwork I had 6 of the 14 symptoms that were noted as call 911 immediately if the person is displaying these symptoms. Additionally, the doctor mentioned taking a steroid pack at home but it wasn't part of the discharge paperwork. Luckily my sister was with me and remembered to ask the nurse about it before we left.

I was charged $165 when my co-pay was clearly $35. I told the doctor that I am prone to sinus infections which is what it has turned into. I now have to pay my co-pay somewhere else to get an antibiotic to begin feeling better

I wasn't able to get anything done because the machines were all down and that was not a nice thing to treat somebody that if anything, there was an emergency that would have not been a good, good way to start a patient. So it was really bad experience.

I think the staff was very congenial and did the necessary steps to make me at ease. The nurse went through some breathing exercises with me to help with my BP. The Dr. was thorough to give me an EKG to ensure my wild thoughts and some gas weren't a a bigger problem. I appreciated the advice and follow-up needed.

The doctor was very compassionate about my situation and concerns. I'm from out of state, my sister had open heart surgery and I'm caring for my elderly mother. He was encouraging and assured that if I needed any further care while I'm staying here to please just give him a call or walk in. I was treated properly with medication and in 24 hours I was doing much better! Thank you

I don't like that the report says I fell after my vertigo. This is NOT true; I never said that. I also would have liked to have known which ear had the vertigo. I've read mixed medical reports saying you could do damage by treating both ears when only one may have the issue.

I come here a lot, but I was freezing cold, and nobody checked in on me, and I kept hollering, and I walked out in the hall, and a gentleman was at the desk, and he got an A nurse, not mine, and they finally brought me a blanket to wrap in, but that was before I left. I was freezing to death.
