Dr Patel was extremely concerned about my health. He went over all my results and suggested I see a Cardiologist and a Pulmonary Dr. l went there for an ear cleaning and he ended up with a chest x ray and ekg. He gave me referrals and I was able to make appointments with them. Dr Patel you are appreciated.

Dr Kalpit, though young looking is well knowledgeable , polite and friendly. He takes time to explain what is going on after his diagnosis, answers any questions you might have. I will recommend Dr Kalpit Patel any time and all the time.

They glanced over and didn't fully listen to my issue. I have a sinus infection and went to get some relief and they brushed over my issue and told me I was congested rather than the fact that my sinuses were hot and inflamed

This is by far the best experience I could've imagined! The gentleman at the front desk was extremely competent and kind. The medical staff was patient and thorough and over communicated. Dr. Patel is professional, speaks easily, listens intently, and prioritized my time. Excellent all around!

He did a great job just listening to my symptoms and I felt like, you know, he took his time in understanding what was going on with me and we ended up doing the test right then and then and he was able to give me feedback right then and then. The nurse and the doctor were very nice and seemed to really care about my health. The doctor explained what my issue was and what I should do as far as taking care of myself. The nurse made me feel so good listening to me and while she provided the steps taken in order to forward what the doctor needed in order to help me. She was very welcoming!

As a RN, I was disappointed as to how the nurse or aid took vitals. As a former health care inspector, I would suggest unannouced vists to the clinics to evaluate their basic skills. Specifically around taking Blood pressures.
