The person walking me back to the exam room looked at me with disdain and heavy side eye. In fact everybody there seemed to think my request for sinus infection antibiotics was to be met as if I was asking for crack. That was so weird and they refused me antibiotics.

I had a great experience taking my son to be seen at the WellSTAR on Cooper Lake. When I walked in, the woman at the front desk checking in was incredibly warm and courteous. My son was really sick. She was so helpful and kind and empathetic, which was really appreciated because I was very stressed out. She just made me feel very at ease. And Dr. Patel is always so thorough. We've seen him before and I always feel like we're getting good care. We're not rushed. He's communicative. He explains what he's looking for and what's going on. He always is just really thorough in his examination. He makes the medical terms easy for me to understand. I know he's a great physician. He was also training a new employer, a new nurse that day and so it was helpful for me to see how he was walking his trainee through the checks he was doing.
