I had the best experience at Wellstar in Atlanta. From walking in and being happily greeted at the front desk, to my wonderful nurses, and to meeting my great doctor. I felt very taken care of and cared for and my visit felt thorough and not rushed and that they were really concerned about my well being and wanted to do all they could to make my process better. I left feeling confident in my treatment and would go back to them in a heartbeat if i ever needed anything else. Often times urgent cares don't feel like the best place and are very in and out in nature, but here I felt like they took time, listened, and put though into my treatment plan. And even the guy at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful which is not normally the case most times i've gone to other urgent cares. So 100% recommend this place and their staff!!

On the phone when I arrived, speaking to probably another colleague, entering data to the computer, not being discreet, and Upon reviewing my insurance and providing a copayment due amount, I felt like they were a little louder than I was expecting, instead of keeping the conversation discreet between the patient, myself, and her, with really no fear.

The front desk is the first face of the business and they need to act as such. If more time was being shown to who was coming in and registered or not registered then certain incidents could and would be avoided. There should be less talk about TikTok Shop and more attention on customer service.
