My visit with Dr. Williams was great. I did want to say that the wait to have lab work done with not great, it took over two hours. Apparently all of the labs in the area have closed. It is ridiculous to have that many people, many of whom are elderly, have to wait that long without seating. Maybe you can help to get something done. Thank you.

What I can say about improving is the lab in the office was closed, and it's been closed for a little while, and I had to go to the hospital lab, which the waiting room was wall-to-wall people. I didn't have time to wait on an hour or two hours just to get my blood drawn, so that is a big factor. And it's also happened to my husband, who sees Dr. Williams, that the lab at the hospital, it took him an hour and a half to get his blood work, which is ridiculous. And I'm gonna have to go back next week and make an extra trip just to try to get there. And I'm gonna try to get there at 6.30 so that I will not have to wait in that ridiculous waiting room.

I Love everything about my doctor and his staff and the office girls. I am very saddened about, the fact that we can no longer have our bloodwork done at our Doctors office!! This is a Bad Deal for All of us Senior Citizens!! It is hard for us to get in and out of our vehicles, go for our office visits and now, we have to leave, get back in our vehicles, Drive to another location, get out of our vehicles, AGAIN, go in, sign in and wait on A long line to get our blood work done. ?? This is very hard on All of us. Please keep in mind that the people that are making these new rules, they will be older and more incapacitated, in JUST A FEW YEARS. Please keep our older generation in these decisions.? Thank You!
