Doctor was great, doctor was professional, great doctor. Problem is I was in the waiting room, even though I got there early for almost 50 minutes, which is frustrating when I'm trying to take off some time from work out of my busy day. I wait there for 50 minutes. In the waiting room, there was just a song that I was playing the first 10 seconds of a nickelback song on loop, and that just feels like you're in a psychological experiment, seeing how long before you complain about it. It's just kind of ridiculous. It felt like I saw other people getting served before me. It was just frustrating that it took so long to see my doctor.

I would just like to say I was very, very impressed by how comfortable both the nurse practitioner and the doctor made me feel immediately upon entering the room. Warm smiles, great attitude. Just somebody that I felt really comfortable with talking about something that is very personal, obviously, and a little scary of having surgery. It's not a huge surgery, but it was very nice. I just feel good, like I was in good hands. But yeah. Thank you.

Dr Schwab was very understanding and even worked me in within a week. His PA was outstanding going into great detail to inform me of what my surgery would entail. Very professional practice.
