Everyone from the front to the back is kind and considerate. Truly trust Dr. Terry with my care and appreciated Shantell's attention to detail. I have never had anyone set up the environment to make sure I had my feet on a stable surface and requested they be on the surface before taking my BP. As a neuro occupational therapist, one of the biggest complaints my patients, family members, and support group members have with clinics is lack of accessibility and setting up the environment for success. I really appreciate Shantell's level of attention to detail to ensure I had an accurate BP reading and could use the step stool instead of needing to jump up or down from the examination table.

In fact, I recommended her to my husband. Hopefully, she's accepting additional patients, but she's a great MD, and she also had a PA shadowing her, and she was very attentive to his needs as well. who are in need.

This was the first time I had an appointment with Dr. Terry. I really got such a wonderful feeling after seeing her and discussing my health issues. I thought she was wonderful and will continue to use her as my primary doctor. Dr. Bourne was my primary doctor before he left the practice and it had been over three years that I wasn't seen by him because he was so overbooked. I have always scheduled my appointments with Katie Williams the nurse practitioner who I find to be awesome as well and to be honest everyone there has been so wonderful including Kaylee the girl who scheduled my next appointment.
