There is not enough space to write it all. 1) Dr.Emma Atherton- Staples is Truly a caring,detailed & professional . She make sure you understand in layman terms all about your overall medical status. The receptionst area polite& ccourteos.. Lab tech Kelli very good at drawing bloo,I didn't feel like a pin cushion she drew on the first take. The office is well maintained & very clean.

The office is very well managed and very professional. The front desk ladies are very helpful and patient. The nurses are the same, very patient and helpful. They make me feel valued. And Dr. Atherton Staples is just wonderful. She's very caring. She listens to everything. She takes the time to listen. She's very patient and I feel that I can trust her with my health care. Also, the lab tech was fantastic in drawing my blood. She did a great job, was friendly and professional.

Dr. Emma always has a great attitude and in of itself helps me to stay positive about my age, health and future. I feel we work together to resolve health issues. I'm glad I talk with her and not to a PA. When I have visited other physicians, I talk to their backs as they type away documenting any health problems I have. I have found this to be quite an issue with other individuals also.

The virtual platform didn't work well. The doctor couldn't hear me even though everything was correct on my end. I use Zoom and Teams often for work and do not have these issues. She did solve the issue by calling me so we used sound over the phone and just muted ourselves on the computer.

Dr Emma Atherton Staples is such a sincere, through doctor. I'm not used to having someone truly listen and "hear" me and think through my issues with me. She asks good questions and explains different options with me and she asks me what "I would like to do" , instead of telling me "what I need to do". She is always energetic, upbeat and positive yet genuine!! She has never been dismissive or condescending to me, as other doctors have. I'm almost 60 years old and not used to having a doctor so caring! She is competent and knowledgeable, asks thoughtful questions, to help get the whole picture, and explains things great. She has helped me greatly with depression and I feel at ease to come see her when i need to, which is so reassuring! You can tell that she truly likes helping and caring for her patients and that's priceless!

I would have liked the nurse to take a "proper" blood pressure reading - with my feet on the ground and not doing it over my sleeve. But otherwise it was a great and thorough first visit.

Dr. Atherton-Staples is a wonderful doctor. She LISTENS, asks pertinent questions, is highly intelligent, knowledgeable of options and she discusses options with you, and she's kind. I feel fortunate to have her as my primary care physician.

There is not enough space to write it all. 1) Dr.Emma Atherton- Staples is Truly a caring,detailed & professional . She make sure you understand in layman terms all about your overall medical status. The receptionst area polite& ccourteos.. Lab tech Kelli very good at drawing bloo,I didn't feel like a pin cushion she drew on the first take. The office is well maintained & very clean.
