Dr. Anderson is a good doctor, as good as a doctor can be in the Wellstar system that is overloaded and in need of a real top down evaluation by outside experts to determine what can be done about a number of institutional problems that have gotten worse with time.

Dr. Anderson's office is one of the best ones that I go to as far as staff and the doctor himself. However, the building's been renovated and it's not, definitely not patient friendly and just doesn't have the same atmosphere. So just a thought for WellStar, whoever's designing, whatever. But as far as Dr. Anderson and his staff and what they do, there's nobody above them. Thank you.

The woman who checked me in kept calling me 'honey', which to an elder woman is a bit of an insult. I really did not appreciate it. I think she should refrain from that verbage to older women. I watched and listened while I waited to be called back, and she did not say that to younger women.

It's always a great experience at WCPC. I also think the renovations are beautiful, bright and good use of space. It actually appears bigger. Proud to be a patient.

Very dissapointed that they now have only 1 lab tech at this location. If she's out sick, like she was today no labs can be done and people have fasted for no reason. Last year they had several lab techs in house. Also don't like that when they remodeled the waiting area, it is now smaller and it is a combined waiting area of adults and pediatrics. No one wants to sit with sick kids running around or listen to the noisy toys.

Dr. Anderson was very prompt in seeing me at the office last week. My appointment was at 1 o'clock and by 1 o'clock I was in the examination room and the nurse was very good about checking the vitals and Dr. Anderson came in shortly thereafter and he had reviewed everything. He makes himself very aware. of all the little numbers and things that come up in an examination and he responds very thoroughly and very much to my satisfaction. Thank you very much.

I really enjoy this practice and I really enjoy Dr. David Anderson. I do have a complaint though. This is the second visit that I have gone to that I have not been able to get my labs drawn at the office because the phlebotomist was not available. I understand they are short staff with the phlebotomist or if you could work on that that'd be great because now my labs will wait until I have the opportunity to go get them done at another location. That is my only feedback for this office and it is probably one of the most inconvenient things that has happened the two times that I've gone there. So every six months I go for lab work and see Dr. Anderson and for the past two visits I've had to go elsewhere for my labs. So if we could please correct that situation, I'm sure it make it easier for Dr. Anderson to get his labs done quickly and for the patients to get their labs done appropriately.

I sat in a very cold exam room for over an hour with no contact with anyone after the brief chat with the nurse (accomplished the stupid mediscare questions, did b/p, temp & pulse) Following that no contact. Looked in the hall and no one was there so I left. The doc is a great guy but his staff is useless. If something was delaying him I should have been told and given a choice to wait or reschedule. All things considered it was a huge waste of my time and accomplished nothing medically

I couldn't have asked for a better first visit with Dr. Anderson. He was kind, attentive, and took the time to really listen to me. I never felt rushed, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. It's rare to leave a doctor's office feeling this confident and cared for. I'm very thankful I found Dr. Anderson and highly recommend him!

Dr. Anderson listened to me and answered my questions and addressed my concerns. Heather was the person who did the initial intake information in preparation for Dr. Anderson. She was very pleasant and helpful.

It's always a great experience at WCPC. I also think the renovations are beautiful, bright and good use of space. It actually appears bigger. Proud to be a patient.

We trust Dr. David Anderson with our family health care. I really appreciate "Marie" and how easily her blood draws are and how gentle she is. Thank you, Marie!

The woman who checked me in kept calling me 'honey', which to an elder woman is a bit of an insult. I really did not appreciate it. I think she should refrain from that verbage to older women. I watched and listened while I waited to be called back, and she did not say that to younger women.

Thank you.

Dr. Anderson is a good doctor, as good as a doctor can be in the Wellstar system that is overloaded and in need of a real top down evaluation by outside experts to determine what can be done about a number of institutional problems that have gotten worse with time.
