It is a wonderful experience to go to a doctor's office where I am treated with respect, listened to and feel cared for the check-in to the check-out. Dr. David Anderson is learned and delightful.

Dr Anderson is an amazing and caring physician. His friendly demeanor and professionalism is beyond the norm. The staff that checked me in and the nurse who took my vital signs were super friendly. Lastly, the facility is the nicest medical office that I have ever been in. Super clean, crisp, bright, and organized.

Dr. Anderson and his nurse were extremely helpful with my questions and concerns. They are nice, polite and professional. I was glad to see their entire offices were renovated and updated. They were very proud and happy with the new facilities.

Dr. Anderson is a wonderful family practice physician. However, it is very difficult to get an appointment with him face to face. I prefer to use MDs and not nurse practitioners.

Yes, the experience was really good. My major, major issue is with the lab blood testing, not with the gal that finally ends up doing it, but the fact that it was not available and is not available most of the time during the day. Please hire some more people and don't send people to the hospitals where the testing labs are horrible. I had a multiple hour wait with my wife for blood testing in the Paulding facility, a hospital. Do not recommend that you ever send anybody anywhere other than your office and get it fixed. Get people in there to get it done. Thank you.

Very positive experience with every person I encountered at the office. However, the automated phone system has got to go! I called a few days in advance of the appointment to request a wheelchair assistance from my car into the exam room. I was told to call when I arrived and someone would come out to meet me. I called when I arrived and waited over a half hour without reaching the staff. I had to get out of the car and flag down another patient and ask him to alert the front desk that I needed wheelchair assistance. When the wheelchair arrived they were excellent! But a half hour call to request assistance from someone who could see my car from her desk is outrageous.
