It is very convenient to where I live and the wait time is manageable. I will definitely go back there if I am in need of urgent care.

Front desk did not read my insurance correctly. Told me I had a $165 co-pay which my co-pay at most is $35 for a specialist and $20 for a doctors visit. Once she "corrected" herself after I told her there is no way my co-pay is that high, she informed me I would have a $165 bill coming in the mail. If that is the case, then I will happily drive to Cartersville to the Piedmont urgent care where it is only $20 for my visit and no extra bills are being sent to me for a sinus infection and bronchitis diagnosis.

Didn't listen to concerns, was rushed, got a dx of sinus infection when I had no complaints of sinus congestion or issues. My excuse was incorrect and made no sense and I had to call and PHYSICALLY go back to get it corrected.
