Extended wait time but took good care of me once I was in.

I scheduled an appointment for 5pm but was not seen until 610. I do not understand the point of making an appointment and still having to wait to ne seen. I realize they were busy, but there was no front desk person to explain what was happening.

I dislike being sick, but I always come here when I'm sick. I like the staff and Dr. Hoff is great. They have an urgent care 5 minutes from me and I drive the extra 8 minutes to come to this location.

I received very efficient treatment; both the doctor and the nurses and other professionals were very attentive.

The doctor didn't care. Didn't listen to anything I had to say and spoke over me every time I opened my mouth. He showed no concern for me as a person or a patient.

Dr. Hoff treated both my son and me on two separate days over the weekend. Our visits were worth the long wait times (unavoidable this time of year). He was attentive and thorough and made sure he sent us home with the right treatment! Being sick on Christmas is the worst, but I know I'll be better soon thanks to Dr. Hoff and his team. This is the only urgent care I'll go to!

Good health experience. I put my EarPods on the counter in the exam room 3 and when I called the staff the next business day, they reported that they didn't have them. I traced them thru the Apple Find My app and the parking lot (opposite of where I parked) is the last known location from a few hours after I left them. They were $250 new. I used them as a hearing aid. Its my fault, i just wish someone had found and turned them in.
