The staff were very courteous. They were very punctual and very polite. And specifically the doctor and the nurse, they showed intense care for my progress and my health. The front staff, the frontline staff, I think she could have been a little more helpful with giving information regarding the cost that she requested that I pay. prior to my service, that was a bit confusing and so it delayed my care because I then had to call my provider to try to get information and put her and the provider on a phone call. So she could have been more helpful in providing information. One question she never answered was the cost without insurance. So we left not knowing what that would have been. That would have been very helpful in making a decision.

This is our first experience with Wellstar. We were in town visiting family and we were literally leaving to head back to the airport to go home when my son told me that he was having ear pain. He has a high tolerance to pain, so when he tells me he's having pain I have to act on it. Especially because of his autism. I truly appreciated how fast we were able to get in when I explained our situation not just to the front staff to also the clinical staff. We got right in and they did a thorough exam and found the source of his pain. They prescribed antibiotics, steroids, and drops. They even gave us his first dose before we even left the office so that my son would be comfortable by the time we were flying home. Overall I was very pleased with our experience and happy my son was able to get the treatment he needed quickly despite the timing.
