The doctor thoroughly explained my illness and went over the material of the medicine with me and how they can help me. The RN the same considering concern it went over the medicines with me also. I will definitely come to Wellstar urgent care.

In this experience, I would say that the front staff isn't very knowledgeable with her insurance skill with Medicare parts, and also the medical assistant was not as caring and also showed rude attitude towards patients. The doctor is a very well listener, and he explained his treatment well.

We all hear the nightmares of urgent care wait times, but we unknowingly walked in right before they closed and they all stayed late to accommodate us. I couldn't be more grateful for their commitment, friendliness and professionalism. If we ever have another emergency, we will certainly be back.

The doctor and staff were very good, but the doc spoke too fast at times to be clearly understood. He is very professional and courteous and when I ask to speak and speak slower ge was very accommodating.

The person at the entrance who welcomed me was very compassionate and showed good emotions for my injury. The wait was way too long because there is just one doctor at the facility. And the doctor speaks really, really fast with a really strong accent. I myself, I am not from here. So I moved here a couple of years ago. And I understand everybody, but his accent and speed is beyond what is okay. I think that would be something that I would recommend changing, speaking a little slower, making sure that everybody can understand them.
