The nurse did give me some printed information and offered to have Dr. Bowie call me later. I have been very pleased with my previous visits with Dr. Bowie and understand about the emergency.

The nurse and provider were great. I checked in on the kiosk about 10 minutes before my appointment and sat down. About 30 minutes later I hadn't had anyone ask about my insurance change so I went to front desk to give it to them and ask co-pay for the visit. It was an hour past appointment time so more than since checking in that I go back to the desk to ask how long. She goes to the back to ask nurse and comes back. Says it'll be a few minutes. (I was last person in the waiting room.) Nurse comes and says that I was never marked as being there so she didn't know. Front desk staff seemed very new but frustrating as a patient to sit for over an hour and then still having to go up to check before finally getting marked as there.

Very quick! I had barely sat in the waiting room for 5 mins when Lisa called my name to come back. Extremely nice and conversational. I felt at ease as I usually coming to a doctor for a Pap smear but this was my first less scary one.

The lady up front, the receptionist, she is, she's kind of rude and acts like she don't want to do her job. If you ask her to do something, she acts like she's aggravated, so maybe y'all need to get another one. Because we were trying to get her to run the Medicaid again It was charging my daughter a fee because she was putting it on the Ambetter, but she claimed that it was the Medicaid. Medicaid don't have a copay, not with a pregnant woman, especially a pregnant woman with no job.
