The doctor was very good, the doctor explained to me exactly what he was going to do, I didn't think it would be so painful, I thought it would be a little faster for the doctor, I mean, I thought they were going to make a hole, but it's so big and there's one that's sunken in, that's what really worries me, but everything else was very good, I'm still sore, but It was good.

The wait in the waiting room once you sign in was too long. It's always an hour and a half or two. It's too long, and I think it should be shortened. The care that was given was excellent. Dr. Smith is really great at what he does. He listens, and I feel like he cares. Otherwise than that, I mean, it's a long wait, trying to wait on him, but that's my only complaint.

The staff gave me lot of wisdom. I've prayed with the doctors because I have an aunt who I have always prayed for, and I pray for all the staff who will be at the Telethon on my behalf. Many blessings.

Dr. Smith spends a lot of time with patients because all this is very complicated. We waited over 1 hour in the exam room for him. It is not him it is the way the schedule is done. Please allow more time between patients to take this time not consideration.

I refused to go into the room where I recd my cancer news. I'm not sure why the staff don't understand this. It's b/c they haven't had cancer. Dr Smith was his normal, great self! Every visits the same and yet different. He listens, he explains, he challenges, he's cordial.
