Dr. Bapat & his team are amazing. His nurse Z was friendly and professional. The male staff member ( I don't remember his name ) was very friendly and professional as well. I have been a patient of Dr. Bapat since 2018 & have known him since the early 2000's. On a scale of 1 to 10 Dr Bapat is a 1000.

Been a patient at this office for 22 years. Can't imagine going anywhere else. Hav we used Kennestone facilities and doctors for 48 years. Have always been totally satisfied.

Billing is a problem at this hospital. They do not get enough info about insurance carriers that are multiplan or generic.

They have scheduled some procedures with even my AARP coverage required a total of $600 out of pocket. I found that I can have these procedures and I will have these procedures done at an outside facility free of cost.. I would suggest in the future at least offer to meet a offsite provider cost as opposed to losing potential revenue.
