The nurse practitioner that brought me back to my room was so wonderful and kind. It helped me to really relax because I had a little bit of angst. But then when I met with the doctor and spoke to her, honestly about my concern, she listened and was very calm about the direction she felt I should go with one of my medication's! I truly appreciated the care she gave to me and I left feeling just awesome about my visit overall and it made me have a great day as well.

Some of the nurses might want to learn how to talk with low volume when gossiping and talking down on other patients. As I was waiting in the room to be seen, I could hear them and it was unpleasant, unprofessional, and made me feel uncomfortable. I started to record and honestly make a report. If they aren't happy with their jobs and don't enjoy dealing with people, maybe consider a profession.

I would like to be able to speak with my provider without a 15 min time limit. Some concerns cannot be discussed in the allowed time that patients are given in the block that is allowed for providers. I would like to be a name and not a time frame. I worked in the medical field so I get it. Didn't like it then and don't like it now.
