Absar Mirza, MD

Dr. Absar Mirza received his medical degree from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed his internal medicine internship and residency with Atlantic City Medical Center in Atlantic City, N.J. Dr. Mirza completed a nephrology fellowship with New York Medical College. He also completed critical care medicine fellowships with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, N.Y. and with John Hopkins Medical Institute in Baltimore, Md.

Dr. Mirza is board certified in internal medicine, nephrology and critical care medicine. He is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, Society of Critical Care and Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiologist.

Dr. Mirza currently is in practice with Wellstar Intensivists – North Fulton.
