Shamamah Niazi, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who provides primary care for adults age 18 and older. She earned her medical degree from the Aga Khan University Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan, and completed her internal medicine residency at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, where she also served as Chief Medical Resident. She is a member of the Cobb County Medical Society.

Dr. Niazi specializes in the management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and asthma. She offers comprehensive primary care services with a strong emphasis on preventive medicine, striving to support long-term wellness and healthier communities.

Dr. Niazi believes that the foundation of good patient care is a relationship built on mutual respect, trust, and long-term partnership. She is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care that helps patients achieve their health goals.

In her spare time, Dr. Niazi enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, traveling, reading, and cooking. She welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.

Reaz Siddiqui, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who provides comprehensive care for adults age 18 and older in Marietta, Georgia. He has a special focus on managing chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and obesity.

Dr. Siddiqui earned his medical degree from Sir Salimullah Medical College in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and completed his internal medicine residency at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, where he also served as Chief Resident. He later served as a faculty member in the Department of Medicine at the University of Maryland in Baltimore and at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.

A Fellow of the American College of Physicians, Dr. Siddiqui is also a member of the Cobb County Medical Society. He believes in building long-term relationships with his patients, as truly knowing them over time helps identify health concerns early and create more personalized care plans.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Siddiqui has a keen interest in literature and music and cherishes time spent with his family. He welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.

Feroz Lalani, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides primary care for adults age 18 and older. He focuses on preventive health and the management of chronic conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.

Dr. Lalani earned his medical degree from M.R. Medical College in India and completed his family medicine residency at Floyd Medical Center in Rome, Georgia. He is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and is committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care that supports long-term wellness.

In his spare time, Dr. Lalani enjoys playing tennis. He welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
