Selina Fambro, NP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides primary care for patients age 18 and older in Marietta, Georgia. She has a special focus on hypertension, diabetes management, and preventive care. Selina believes that compassion and patient-centered care are the foundation of every successful treatment plan.

Selina earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Chamberlain University in Addison, Illinois. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting wellness through education and preventive care.

In her spare time, Selina enjoys spending time with her family and her rescue dog, Zaya. She welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.

Dr. Farzeen Khurram is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care for patients age 12 and older. She emphasizes preventive care and personalized treatment plans that promote long-term wellness and improve overall quality of life.

Dr. Khurram earned her medical degree from Dow University of Health Sciences in Pakistan and completed her family medicine residency at the Montgomery Family Medicine Residency Program in Montgomery, Alabama.

She is a diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine and an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Board of Family Medicine, and the Menopause Society.

Outside of her clinical practice, Dr. Khurram enjoys spending time outdoors with her three sons, gardening, cooking international cuisine, hiking nature trails, and sharing quiet family moments reading or watching movies together. She welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.

Esther Irungu, AGNP-C, is a board-certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner who provides primary care for patients age 18 and older in Marietta, Georgia. She specializes in managing conditions such as diabetes, depression and anxiety, weight management, and thyroid disorders.

Esther earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from South University in Savannah, Georgia. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association.

Esther is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and partnering with each individual to help them achieve long-term wellness. She welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
