World-Class Services in Our Community
WellStar Medical Imaging provides comprehensive, state-of-the-art imaging services at facilities conveniently located throughout Marietta, Woodstock, Austell, Douglasville and Paulding counties. Several neighborhood imaging centers offer evening and weekend appointments, so you can schedule your exam at a time and place convenient for you.
We provide quality results by offering the most advanced technology, registered technologists, and board-certified interpreting radiologists from Quantum Radiology, the largest sub-specialized radiology practice in Georgia, and Atlanta Radiology Group.
All of our imaging centers are accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR). Accreditation is achieved through a strict evaluation of technologists, equipment and image quality conducted by board-certified physicians and medical physicists. To minimize the radiation dosage from diagnostic radiology exams, we use a combination of cutting edge technology, dose monitoring, and physician awareness. Whenever possible, we strive to employ the safest possible technology, such as MRI and Ultrasound, which have no ionizing radiation whatsoever.
Sub-specialties are available in all areas of diagnostic radiology including: neuroradiology, nuclear medicine, musculoskeletal, women’s imaging, body imaging, cardiovascular imaging, vascular and interventional radiology.
WellStar’s cutting-edge Medical Imaging technology includes:
