Jillian Goro, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides primary care for patients age 14 and older. She is passionate about promoting health and wellness and takes a preventive approach that empowers patients to take an active role in their overall well-being.

Ms. Goro has a special clinical interest in prescribing pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to help prevent HIV transmission. She is dedicated to providing inclusive, compassionate care for every patient she serves.

In her spare time, Ms. Goro enjoys playing golf and tennis and spending time with her family. She welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.

Aryana Farivar, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides primary care for adults age 18 and older in Alpharetta, Georgia. She offers both in-office and virtual appointments to make care convenient and accessible for her patients.

Aryana specializes in internal medicine and women’s health, providing services such as pap smears and preventive screenings. She also treats conditions including depression and anxiety, obesity and weight management, allergies, and asthma. Dedicated to helping patients lead healthier lives, she works closely with each individual to promote lasting wellness through education and evidence-based care.

Aryana earned her master’s degree in nursing from Kennesaw State University and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is known for her compassionate approach and commitment to building long-term, trusting relationships with her patients. She welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.

Dr. Hua “Jane” Zhong is a board-certified internal medicine physician who provides comprehensive care for patients age 14 and older. She specializes in hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes, with a strong focus on nutrition-based weight management to help patients achieve lasting, positive health outcomes.

Dr. Zhong earned her medical degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine in China, where she also completed fellowship training in cardiology before moving to the United States. She completed her internal medicine residency at Morehouse School of Medicine and pursued graduate studies in human nutrition at Louisiana State University.

Dr. Zhong is a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the Chinese Association of Georgia.

In her free time, Dr. Zhong enjoys attending church and serving on the worship team, spending time with her husband and two children, and traveling, listening to music, and reading. She welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.

Dr. Sowmya Brahmadevi is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides primary care for patients age 14 and older. With a patient-centered approach, she is committed to helping her patients achieve sustainable wellness and long-term health.

In addition to her certification in family medicine, Dr. Brahmadevi is board certified in obesity medicine and nutrition and wellness. She is also trained in wound care, allowing her to bring a comprehensive understanding of healing and chronic disease management to her practice. Her broad expertise enables her to treat the whole person, addressing both prevention and long-term health goals.

Outside of work, Dr. Brahmadevi enjoys traveling, running, hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends. Her personal and professional life are both grounded in compassion, balance, and a deep commitment to well-being. She welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
