Check-in offers a preview of what to expect: Pleasantness, thoroughness, informational, and professional. You will leave knowing they care. Patients whose BP automatically rises when they pull into the parking lot, can rest assured that they will receive excellent care. The NPs/Nurse Assistants offer a time to breathe as well as a laugh or two. Dr. Z., with a pleasantness that takes the edge off things you might not want to hear, offers the most practical solutions. She is delightfully encouraging as well as collaborative. Last, a stop at the Lab for blood-draw, even if you don't like needles, will leave you with pleasant thoughts about the entire visit. The phlebotomist discusses healthy methods he uses to improve his overall numbers and, he, like all of us sometimes has the same concerns about his future results. I am quite pleased with and grateful for my healthcare team led by Dr. Hua Zhong at Wellstar Health Systems.

My physical was planned many months ago, but when I arrived on time this morning, I was told no one can draw the blood. Apparently my assigned nurse does not know how to do that. What a disappointment! When I saw another nurse draw blood for another patient. I seeked her help so I don't need to go to another facility. Need to be open and honest to the patient!
