From the time I got there, from the reception, the person that checked me in, to when I saw Sabrina, the MA, to the medical doctor, Dr. Chukwuma, you all were amazing. You listened to me, you were compassionate, Sabrina gave me good direction on what I shared with her. Dr. Chukwuma remembers all of my story without me saying anything, and so that says something on how well she listens. And so I just want to say kudos to all of the staff, and particularly today, Sabrina and Dr. Chukwuma. They remembered everything about me and did an assessment on me to make sure I wasn't depressed. That was great for me. So thank you again for all that she did.

This is feedback on what could be improved. There's two things. One, closer execution to the time of the appointment. My last appointment ran an hour later than it was supposed to. In the previous time I was there, I think I waited 30 to 35 minutes versus the time that I had and I was very early appointments. Secondly, to better collaborate with the taking of labs. So I was in the doctor's office one day and then ended up having to come back to do labs when it could have been better arranged to have it done while I was there the first time. So that's it. Thanks.

I was told I could not speak with my PCP directly to ask a follow up question from a recent office visit unless I made another appointment which I think is absolutely ridiculous. I understand that the portal is available to answer general questions patients might have but if we have specific questions for our provider directly I don't understand why we have to ask those questions in the portal just so another practitioner can try to field the question when they were not present during the visit with the provider and don't have the context to be able to address specific concerns that the provider was privy to. It's just really inconvenient and discouraging for patients.

Very thorough, very professional, and she takes her time with her patients, and she takes her time with me. I'm very happy with that.
