I liked the app they have for appointments. I liked the clinic, the cleanliness, and the professional staff. They're very understanding. Perhaps they could use a few more employees who speak Spanish. That would be a plus for those of us whose first language is Spanish and who like to be served in that language. However, the translation service was very good, excellent. I loved the clinic; everything was spotless, clean, perfect. Very happy.

The only negative is that my issues from my previous visit spilled into this one and caused problems with my insurance. It's definitely an issue with Wellstar, the other "doctor" and whomever handled my previous feedback and nothing to do with this new doctor or this clinic though.

Yes, my primary care doctor, she's always really helpful. Really just attentive and she goes over everything thoroughly. I always enjoy seeing her and just having my appointment. And what else should I say? She definitely does make me feel very comfortable and just goes everything that I need to do to improve my health overall. So I love her, I have already recommended or have a family member that also goes there because she's such a great provider. So highly likely to recommend that facility and my providers specifically, because she always gives really great service and so did her med assistant who did my intake and took my blood. I barely felt anything when she drew it. So yeah, I really love the facility.

There are so many things that we discuss in one meeting that sometimes one thing will slip through the cracks, but that's not her fault. It's me not bringing it to her attention. And I would say, what was the one thing? There was one thing, now I can't think of it. Yeah, but she's very thorough and just a very, very likable person, you know, really cares about what she does and, you know, treats each patient individually. She is a little concerned about me going on to Monjaro because I said I didn't want to do an injection, but I think we're past that. And yeah, so.
